Guychi offers a complete drug detoxification treatment programme

Drug detoxification treatments

Recreational and prescription drugs
Recreational drugs such as cocaine, crack cocaine, ecstasy (MDMA) etc can increase dopamine and serotonin levels to such a degree that brain damage occurs, brain chemical receptors can burn out through excessive drug use which can lead to permanent brain functional impairment.
Prescription drugs
Prescription drugs can be just as addictive as recreational drugs, and for some people when the supply of prescription drugs stops the cravings become so difficult to live with that people can sometimes turn to recreational drugs for relief.

What happens from taking drugs
Drugs interact with chemicals in the brain and body in such a way that the user experience can be an incredible, pleasurable euphoric feeling or "high", and for some users feelings of confidence and happiness are beyond compare.

The drug high
The drug induced high process is formed from chemicals that the body and brain naturally create, imagine a large lake (hormones and neuro chemicals) that is held back and regulated by a dam or sluice gate that uses a generator, a generator which controls the release of water into a river below whilst producing a constant supply of electricity as the water passes through it.

Jammed open drug flood gate
When the controlling gate from the river is jammed open then excessive water will flow or flood, and an overproduction of electricity will eventually cause a complete burnout or failure of the system through extreme stress put upon the parts, this analogy is similar to what sometimes happens to the brain when taking drugs, the drugs are the key to keep the feel good body and brain chemicals flowing (overproducing), but sometimes the drug user can end up developing brain damage (or die) via this excessive process and will almost certainly form an addictive dependency as their toleration and need for more of the drug grows.

Serotonin and Dopamine happiness
Serotonin and dopamine are just two of the brain's chemicals that produce feelings of happiness and joy if released naturally, they deliver happiness without damaging the brain's natural chemical balance, or brain receptors, continual damage to brain receptors through constant drug use may lead to compromise, or cause irreversible brain damage.

Serotonin - excessive serotonin in the system can be indicated by diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, headaches, shivering, agitation, restlessness, uncoordinated movements, confusion, high fever, irregular heartbeat, loss of consciousness or a seizure.

Dopamine - increased dopamine in the brain or brain's limbic system is linked to the behavior of a suspicious personality, paranoia, menstrual disorders, delayed puberty, infertility, decreased immune function and antisocial withdrawal.

20 day living in detox £8,000

30 day living in detox £12,000

Living in therapist drug rehabilitation treatment is via daily therapeutic intervention using individual tailored alternative therapies, qigong exercise and meditation.

Protocols
Shared accommodation for the therapist and the client during the detox period, the therapist and client are in constant close contact 24/7 throughout the treatment period (sleeping in the same room, chaperoned to the toilet and sharing meal times etc). The client must be fully aware that they are not allowed to be left alone at anytime throughout the treatment process and must keep within a 3 metres (10 feet ) distance limit of the therapist at all times during the whole course of the therapy unless in an extreme emergency.
The client supplies all accommodation, travel expenses and food throughout the treatment period.
Note: Clients supply the accommodation during therapy either in their home or at a viable venue of choice.

Treatments
Unique daily bespoke detoxification programme using complimentary therapeutic techniques (acupuncture, aromatherapy, hypnotherapy, meditation, qigong etc).
The client must be compliant with all therapy protocols by agreeing in writing (a contract) to all treatments with the aim to produce a positive, safe and generally pain free conclusion to the detoxification period.
