Qigong and Tai chi chuan Workshop's

Workshop 1 - Workshop 2 - Workshop 3

Guychitaichi workshops offer a way to establish a deep understanding metaphysically for qigong and tai chi chuan (qigong walking), learning a proficient level of intricacies within the Traditional Chinese Medicine forms so that practitioners can develop an intrinsic, personal connection with the three treasures to improve or foster the mind, body and spirit health through the effort of doing which overtime encourages peace through being

One of the main aims of Traditional Chinese Medicine Qigong and Taiji
(Qigong walking) is to activate the bodies own natural healing processes

New Taiji club
If you would like to establish a taiji club in your town, village or city why not get a group of people together and have a guychitaichi workshop.
